Founded in 2016, Millennium Training Enterprise is a fully licensed and accredited, not-for-profit, training provider operating in Yuzhno Sakhalinsk, Russia. We specialize in delivering quality, professional training such as offshore survival and rescue, health and safety, technical, vocational and mandatory regulatory training spanning a diverse number of fields- including but not limited to oil and gas, construction, service, and transport. All our programs are regulatory compliant. We are constantly adding new programs to our curriculum. Our primary mission is to support our clients and our community in building a sustainable, competent, and safe workplace.
Millennium Training Centre was founded as a top class training provider in Russia. We are licensed by RF Ministry of Education to deliver a vast majority of trainings and registered in the Ministry of Labor to deliver health and safety trainings.
